Our story
Investing in Greek property shouldn't feel like a gamble.
Too many buyers arrive in Athens with a budget and leave with a surprise: a title nobody checked, a renovation that doubled, a contact who stopped answering once the deposit cleared.
We built Birsi to remove that. We source the property, vet it legally, renovate it on a fixed budget, and then sell, rent or manage it — with a weekly report and one person you can call at any stage.
We are based in Alimos and work across Greece, in English, Greek, Serbian and Arabic.
